Mr Wange, learned Advocate for the respondents submit that within a period of three months, decision would be taken regarding claim of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Junior Engineer.

It is submitted that only five months' service is remained. In view of that, we direct the respondents to take decision with regard to regular promotion of the petitioner on the post of Junior Engineer within a period of two months.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
