ORDER:- 1.

This application is fled fled by the applicant for withdrawal of the amount of compensation which has been deposited by the appellant - Acquiring Body. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that in similar other matters, this Court vide order dated 03.12.2019, has already permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 70% amount out of the deposited amount of compensation.

As such, the application is allowed and the applicant is allowed to withdraw 70% of the deposited amount, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The remaining amounts be
