As far as the Writ Petition is concerned, a delay of more than 44 years has been condoned by the impugned order by the learned District Superintendent of Land Records. In spite of the order having been challenged immediately and he was informed about filing of the Writ Petition, he has proceeded to decide the appeal. By way of amendment even this order is now being sought to be challenged. 4.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable within six weeks. Learned A.G.P. waives service for the respondent No. 1. Till the next date there shall be stay to the execution and operation of the order passed in the appeal. (MANGESH S. PATIL, J.) mkd/- 1/1
