Mr. Kulkarni, the learned counsel submits that, the petitioner had given application for one time settlement initially, however, same was not accepted. Subsequently the petitioner has given application on 10.08.2012 (page 28) and again on 08.12.2014 that is after filing of petition. However, said applications for one time settlement are not considered. The Government Resolution dated 14th August, 2014 regarding one time settlement scheme was in vogue. At the said time it was extended upto 31st March 2015.

Mr. Patil, the learned counsel submits that, earlier application was already rejected. The second application in verbatim is same. He has no instructions about application for one time settlement subsequent to filing of writ petition. 3.

Whether the petitioner is entitled for one time settlement scheme or not is to be considered by the financial institution. The financial institution shall take decision on the application for one time settlement submitted by the petitioner as referred to above in case they have not taken decision till date expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (6) months from today in accordance with the scheme. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
