We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. Even if grievance of the petitioner is considered as it is, the petitioner has approached the Court after 60 years. It is stated that, for almost more than 50 years the persons are occupying the land and the land belongs to the petitioner. 2.

There is nothing on record to suggest that, the persons who are occupying the land were given the land under rehabilitation scheme by the Government, nor it can be concluded that, those persons who are occupying the land for more than 50 years, are encroachers or otherwise.

The petitioner is seeking directions against the respondents to acquire the land. It will not be possible for this Court to consider the said prayer after lapse of 60 years. 4.
