Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that initially tribe claim of the petitioner was referred to the committee. It was returned back on the ground that the spelling in tribe certificate was incorrect. The petitioner obtained the correct tribe certificate and has submitted the proposal before the committee. 2.

Result of the petitioner's examination is withheld on the ground that tribe validity certificate is not submitted. The petitioner requests for direction to provide all the original documents including degree certificate.

The petitioner will have to submit the validity certificate before he gets the degree certificate and and 1/2

the original documents. At present we may observe that the respondent should not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that his tribe claim is pending. However, the respondent shall not issue the degree certificate and other documents unless and until the petitioner produces validity certificate. 4.

The committee shall decide the validity proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 5.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 1st August, 2019.
