It is an application for seeking quashing of FIR at Crime No. 353/2021 registered with Chikalthana Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Advocate for the applicants has pointed out that the matter is amicably settled and the terms of settlement are placed on record at Exhibit 'B'.

Learned Advocate for respondent No. 2 has filed affidavit supporting the same.

The FIR at Crime No. 353/2021 registered with Chikalthana Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code, is hereby quashed and set aside.
