The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Tahasildar (Revenue) on behalf of the District Collector, Ahmednagar, dated 04.05.2018. The request for altering "Sharth Shera" from the land Gat No.271 admeasuring 2 H 39 R, Pot Kharaba 0 H 41 R, has been rejected.

Since the petitioner can approach the Additional Divisional Commissioner under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 to assail the said order, this Writ Petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to initiate an appropriate proceeding before the Additional Divisional Commissioner.

*2* 18wp4675o19 In the event, the proceeding is initiated within four weeks from today, the time spent by the petitioner in this court from 23.07.2018 until four weeks from today, would be considered as a ground for condonation of delay, provided the delay condonation is permissible under law.
