ORAL ORDER :

The petitioner has an alternative remedy in view of Section 9 of the Maharashtra Money Lending Act, 2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition to exhaust the said remedy by way of filing revision. He, however, seeks direction to the concerned authority to decide the said revision within a time frame. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The petitioner shall move the revisional authority within two weeks herefrom. The revisional authority is expected to decide the proceedings, that may be filed by the petitioner, within a period of eight months therefrom.
