The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that Respondent No.5 needs to be replaced by a new entity mentioned in paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Civil Application. It is this software company, which has conducted online transfers for the Zilla Parishad.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is

*2* 909ca1308o23 disposed off with liberty to replace Respondent No.5 with the new entity in the Writ Petition. Amendment be carried out within one week.
