It appears that the proposal is submitted in July-2021 with the committee for verification of the tribe claim. The petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to the professional course.

The petitioner has moved the proposal with the committee very late.

II] The committee, if it is possible for it, may, endeavour to decide the proceeding by 10.10.2021.
