By this application, the applicant seeks permission to deposit cheque of Rs.01,35,23,577/- in compliance of orders passed by the Industrial Court, Jalna in Complaint (ULP) No.108 of 2008 by its judgment dated 22/10/2010. 2.

Writ Petition No.1863 of 2011 is filed by the applicant/petitioner challenging the said judgment. This Court, by way of interim order, directed the applicant/petitioner to

930-CA-8311-23 deposit 30% of the award amount, which the applicant/petitioner has already deposited, which is withdrawn by some of the respondents. Remaining 70% amount is yet to be deposited by the applicant/petitioner. It is informed at the Bar that the respondents have filed undertakings with the applicant-Bank, thereby waiving interest on the said amount. The said undertakings are also placed on record as annextures in the present civil application.

Upon hearing the learned advocate for the parties, and after perusing the averments in the application, and on going through the annexures, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B).
