2] Learned AGP waives service of notice for all the respondents and raises a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternative remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

3] In the light of that, though the learned counsel for the petitioner sought to canvass the submissions on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same. 4] Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy. All contentions of the petitioner are kept open. No costs.
