Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per the order passed by this Court dated 12th August, 2016, the applicant Insurance Company has already deposited the entire decretal amount in this court, out of which some part of amount is also permitted by this court to be withdrawn by the respondents. As such, he prayed to confirm the stay. In view of the submission and the attending circumstances on record, the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award is hereby stayed, till final adjudication of the appeal on merit. Civil application is disposed of accordingly.
