The grievance of the petitioner is that, as per the directions of this court joint measurement was conducted on 28.2.2017. The copy of the joint measurement report is not supplied to the petitioner.

Respondent No. 2 shall supply copy of the joint measurement report to the petitioner within four (4) weeks. If certain charges for issuing of the copy are required, petitioner shall pay the same. Depending upon the joint measurement report, the parties shall take further steps expeditiously. 3.

With these observations, writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
