This is an application for condonation of delay of 52 days in fling the frst appeal. The delay appears to be only of 52 days, and therefore, considering the statutory right of the appellant Insurance Company, the application is allowed and the delay stands condoned, despite raising strong objection by the learned Counsel for the claimants.
