The learned counsel appearing for the applicants, on instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw this application with further liberty to file the appropriate application for discharge before the concerned Court. Liberty granted as prayed for. The criminal application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. In case the application is filed by the applicants for discharge within a period of two weeks from today, the concerned Court would consider and decide the same on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of such application and in case the charge is not already framed. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
