PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation submits that this year Municipal Corporation would not grant permission to any person to put up stalls in the area as sought by the petitioner.

Though respondent no.3 is served, none appears for respondent no.3.

The Municipal Corporation may go through the documents that would be submitted by the parties and grant permission to a fit person to put up the stall. The said person shall have to keep

(2) 1091-wp-8951-2019 the accounts of the amount received and the expenditures made. The petitioner, respondent and/or any person may produce the documents before the Municipal Corporation and the decision shall be taken within a period of two days by the Municipal Corporation. The present arrangement would be only for nine (09) days. No right would be created in any person and the same would be without prejudice to the rights of any person in the management of Trust.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
