This application is filed by original claimant for condonation of delay of 3411 days caused in filing the appeal for enhancement of amount of compensation.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay stands condoned. 4.

Application is allowed subject to depositing the cost of Rs.1,000/- to be paid to the High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad within a period of
