ORDER:- 1.

Heard the rival submissions. This court, under order dated 29th September 2011, has already granted interim protection to the appellant Insurance Company subject to deposit of entire amount of award. It appears that the appellant Insurance Company has deposited entire amount of award accordingly on 21st October 2011.

The learned Counsel for the appellant Insurance Company submits that despite such interim protection, the Insurance Company has received notice in respect of the Execution Proceedings from the learned Tribunal. The learned Counsel for the claimant submits that he would take

In view of the above, the application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (B) during the pendency of this appeal and disposed of accordingly.
