The girl Saima Yunus Pinjari is present before us in-person. The petitioner, who is her father, is also present. The learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP are also present in the Court. They all are unanimous that she is aged more than 18 years.

On enquiry with girl Saima, she states that she has not been confined by anybody and has been voluntarily residing with respondent no.4.
