In response to the order passed by this Court dated 4.4.2016, the respondent Dr. Naresh Rathod has deposited an amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand) before this Court. This application has been filed for withdrawal of the said amount. There is no hurdle as such to allow the applicant to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited before this Court.
