This civil application has been preferred for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased respondent no.5 and for effecting service on respondent no.2 by paper publication. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as far as prayer Clause (B) pertaining to the service by paper publication, the same has already been allowed and effected. 3.

Leave to amend to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent no.5, which is stated in paragraph no.3 of the Civil Application. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Upon amendment being carried out, issue notice to respondent nos.5a to 5g, returnable on 02.03.2023.
