Under order in this civil application passed on 14th August, 2018, ad-interim stay was granted on deposit of entire amount in this court. Pursuant to the said order applicant/appellant deposited total award amount of Rs. 72,73,525 on 28th August, 2018 under demand draft No. 966555 dated 20.08.2018 in addition to Rs. 25,000/- already deposited on 25th July, 2018 under demand draft No. 966509 dated 18th July, 2018.

In view of compliance as aforesaid, present civil application is made absolute in terms of order dated 14-08.2018 passed by this court and is disposed of.
