There seems to be delay of small volume of 36 days in preferring appeal. It is necessary to condone the delay in the interest of justice. The application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). 3.

The Registry is directed to make scrutiny of the appeal as per procedure and thereafter, it be numbered and placed before the court for admission. The Registry is also directed to call for the record and proceedings of Sessions Case No.366 of 2019 in view of nature of sentence. 4.

After receiving the record and proceedings, the appeal be placed before this Court for admission.
