The applicant seeks to condone the delay of 380 days caused in filing the appeal.

Perused reasons as stated in paragraph nos.3, 4 and 5 of the application. Delay has been occasioned on account of financial difficulties faced by the applicants. Apart from that, applicants are pursuing their remedy to get just compensation towards the acquired land.

In that view of the matter, sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. In the result, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and disposed of. Appeal be registered subject to removal of office objections.
