The petitioner prays for the Format "C" Mannervarlu Scheduled Tribe Certificate under Rule 4 (6) and Rule 5 (2) (a) and (b) of the Maharashtra Scheduled Tribes Certificate Rules, 2003. 2.

The learned AGP submits on instructions that a certified copy of the Tribe Certificate furnished by the petitioner to the Committee, will be issued to him by tomorrow evening. He can personally collect it from the Kinwat Committee at Aurangabad, by tomorrow evening. If he tenders the said certified copy to respondent No.2 by 12/08/2022, the Format "C" Certificate would be issued to him on 18/08/2022.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he will follow the time schedule as suggested by the learned AGP. 4.

The statements are thus recorded and the petition is disposed off. Respondent No.2 would issue the "C" format certificate to the petitioner by 04.30 p.m. on 18/08/2022 which the petitioner would personally collect from the said office.
