The present Civil Application is preferred by the applicants to bring on record the legal representatives of original appellant-Rangrao s/o Nanarao Kadam, who expired on 07/06/2022. The applicants, in support of said contention, have filed photocopies of death certificate and heirship certificate of deceased Rangrao s/o Nanarao Kadam on record which is at Exh. ' A'

and '

B'

respectively. On perusal of the death certificate, it is revealed that appellant expired on 07/06/2022 and the present Civil Application came to be moved on 02/08/2022, which is definitely within limitation period.

Thus, considering the above facts and also by virtue of provisons under Chaper II Rule 3 Sub Rule (i), the present civil application needs to be allowed and same is allowed, accordingly. Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from the date of this order.
