Petitioner prays for following reliefs :
"B) The impugned order dated 30.03.2017 bearing No. FLR/CLR/112017/638 passed by the Collector, Jalgaon may kindly be quashed and set aside.
C) Consequently by appropriate writ or direction, the petitioner may be permitted to operate her license and may kindly be permitted to continue with her business at the present licensed premises." 2.
Learned advocate for the petitioner fairly submits that the petition can be disposed of in term of directions issued and observations made in the judgment delivered by Division Bench of this court (Coram : Justice S.C. Dharmadhikari and Justice Mangesh S. Patil) in writ petition No. 5182 of 2017 on 7th July, 2017.

Learned advocate, in addition to the prayers made in the writ petition, submits that a proposal for transfer of place of business has been forwarded by the petitioner to Collector, Jalgaon on 17th April, 2017, and the same may be directed to be attended to and decided by the collector at the earliest. 4.
Learned AGP submits that in case such a proposal is received by the Collector, the concerned authority will look into the matter, examine the merits and will take appropriate decision in accordance with law, at the earliest. 5.
Writ petition is disposed of in terms of directions and observations in the judgment and order passed by this court in writ petition No. 5182 of 2017 dated 7th July, 2017. 6.
We direct the Collector, Jalgaon to decide the proposal of the petitioner, if it is received and pending with the Collectorate, in respect of transfer of business, on its own merits, at the earliest, preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order. Learned AGP would communicate this order to the concerned authorities at the earliest. 7.
