PER COURT:

This petition can be disposed of by issuing direction to respondent No.3 to issue corrected tribe certificate, as requested by the petitioner recording correct spelling of the name of his tribe, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three weeks from today and it is accordingly directed. The Sub-divisional Officer is not expected to embark upon any further enquiry in the matter and shall issue tribe certificate, as requested by the petitioner, on production of the original caste certificate issued to him.
