1] Since this Court at present is hearing the appeals pertaining to the year 2013, wherein the convicts are in Jail, and the appeal filed by the accused is of the year 2014, the prayer of the applicant to hear the Appeal immediately cannot be acceded to.

2] However, as and when this Court will hear the Criminal Appeals pertaining to the Year 2014, wherein the accused are in Jail, the hearing of this Appeal shall stand expedited.
