None present for the applicants. Learned counsel for respondent no.2, on instructions, submits that in connection with the present crime not only charge sheet has been submitted but the trial has already been commenced and the case is posted for evidence.

Though this criminal application is pending since 2019, however, no steps have been taken to seek quashing of the proceedings nor the copy of the charge sheet is placed on record. Since the trial is already commenced, there is no reason to keep this criminal application pending. It appears that the applicants

2 942 appln 2292-19 are also not interested in prosecuting the criminal application. The criminal application is thus dismissed for want of prosecution and disposed of accordingly.
