In this writ petition, the Petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:- "(A) The Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of writ and thereby direct the respondents No.6 and 7 to pay the salaries of the petitioners from the dates of their appointments.

(B) The Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of writ and thereby direct the respondents No.1 to 5 to take the decision on the proposal dated 30.05.2014 forwarded by respondent No.5 in respect of releasing grants to the Divisions on which, petitioners are

-2appointed and serving as Assistant Teachers. (C) Pending hearing and till final disposal of present Writ Petition, the Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent No.6-Management to pay the salaries to the petitioners from the dates of their respective appointments.

(D) Pending hearing and till final disposal of present Writ Petition, the Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents No.1 to 5 to take the decision on the proposal dated 30.05.2014 forwarded by respondent No.5 in respect of releasing grants to the Divisions on which, petitioners are appointed and serving as Assistant Teachers."

The learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the Writ Petition, involving the similar issue, has been disposed of with a direction to Respondent No.2, to take decision on the proposal, if not already decided, within 60 days. It is further submitted that this Writ Petition be also disposed of with the similar direction.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and in order to maintain the parity, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No.2 - the Principal Secretary, in case the proposal is not decided, the same shall be decided by

-3following the due process of law, within a period of 60 days from today.
