The learned Advocate for the appellant has filed Pursis which is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-X. In view of the instructions and the pursis, appellant seeks permission to withdraw the first appeal.

Permission is granted. The appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

In view of the withdrawal of the appeal, the amount alongwith interest deposited by the appellant in this Court, shall be disbursed to the respondents/claimants in accordance with award of MACT.
