The request is made to direct Respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee to decide the validation proceedings immediately. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal has been filed with the Committee for verification of the caste claim on 06-07-2021. The petitioner is exploring the possibility of admission to the professional course.

The learned AGP accepts notice for Respondent Nos.1 and 2. 4.

The petitioner has approached the Court very late. In such a Gajanan

scenario, we cannot issue positive direction to Respondent No.2 - Committee to decide the validation proceedings within stipulated time.

Considering that the petitioner is exploring the possibility of admission to the professional Course, the Committee, if it is possible for it, may endeavour to decide the proceedings by 10-10-2021. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 01-09-2021. 6.
