Inadvertently, in operative part of the order, in clause II-b], the name of Damodhar Shrikishan Darak-appellant no.2 in Second Appeal No. 265 of 2018 remained to be mentioned. Further, instead of mentioning names of original defendant nos.

901-SA-92-1990 -27 to 9, in their place, names of respondents in the Second Appeal are mentioned.

In view of the above inadvertent mistakes, clause II-b] of the operative part of the order is corrected by addition of name of Damodhar Shrikishan Darak as appellant no.2 and further, the words "original defendant nos. 7 to 9 (7- Gayabai Govindrao Ghogre, 8-Narayan Govindrao Ghogare and 9- Shivaji Govind Ghogare died through Lrs. 9A- Nagubai Shivaji Ghogare and 9BYogesh Shivaji Ghogare)" be deleted and instead, the names of original defendant nos.7-Balaji Gangaram Bhange, 8Vishwanath Gangaram Bhange and 9-Tukaram Gangaram Bhange shall be inserted.
