The validation proceeding is pending. It is submitted that the vigilance is already completed. The petitioner is required to file say to the vigilance report. But after Covid-19, no further date has been given.

The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee and file his say to the vigilance report on 6th September, 2021. The Committee shall thereafter, endeavour to decide the proceeding finally on or about 20th October, 2021. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
