Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The applicant is seeking bail in C.R.No.193 of 2023 registered with Mhasawad Police Station, District Nandurbar, for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 307, 333, 332, 341, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

There are cross-cases against each other. The injured did not suffer the serious injuries. The injured has been discharged and he is out of danger. The weapons allegedly used in the crime have been recovered. Considering the role attributed to the applicant and the material progress in the crime, it would be inappropriate to keep the applicant behind bar. Hence, the order:-

ii) Applicant Arvind Bhabuta Sonawane (Bhil) be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/-, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in C.R.No.193 of 2023 registered with Mhasawad Police Station, District Nandurbar, for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 307, 333, 332, 341, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on the following conditions;

(a) He shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (b) He shall not contact the injured or any other witnesses till conclusion of the trial.
