This Court, vide order dated 20.06.2023, directed that the applicant in Criminal Application No.2087 of 2023 to deposit Rs.50,000/- towards costs to be paid to the widow of the deceased. Accordingly, the amount has been deposited.

This application has been moved by the widow of the deceased for being paid the amount in deposit. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
