The learned AGP points out that the statutory remedy of filing a second revision is now permissible in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter of Gurudassingh Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra [2015(6) M.L.J.915 = 2016(5) M.L.J.12].

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners, as is permissible in Law, to prefer a revision petition before the appropriate authority. The time spent by the petitioners in this Court from 23/07/2018 till today, shall be a ground to be considered for condonation of delay.
