The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the appeal preferred by them before the learned Administrative Judge, High Court of Judicature of Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad, has been rejected. They were communicated of such rejection by the learned Principal District Judge, Parbhani, in view of which the copy of such information letter is placed on record.

The learned Advocate, however, concedes that though a copy of the order of the learned Administrative Judge was not served upon the petitioners, they have not applied for seeking a copy and also not challenged the said decision. It is submitted that they would now apply for a copy of the order dated 31.01.2022 passed by the learned administrative Judge and after receiving the said order, they would challenge the said order of rejection of the appeal. 3.
