The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the application is given by petitioner for allotment of Gairan land for percolation purpose on 3/11/2016 and subsequently again on 22/6/2019, however, no decision is taken on it.

2] In case application is filed by the petitioner and if the same is pending with respondent no.3 (Exh.A colly) then respondent no.3 shall take decision upon it on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within 6 months.

3] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
