DATE : 16/08/2017 PER COURT :- The petitioner seeks direction to treat the petitioner as an eligible candidate for the Postal D.Ed. training. 2] Heard Mr.Deshmukh, learned counsel and the learned AGP. 3] This Court on 21/09/2007 had directed respondent no.2 to admit the petitioner provisionally in D.Ed. course in the next ensuing batch.

4] Mr.Deshmukh, learned counsel submits that the petitioner was admitted to the Postal D.Ed. course and has subsequently passed the said course and certificate to that effect is also issued.
