Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.153 of 2024 registered with Deopur Police Station, District Dhule for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 307, 392, 324, 325, 120B r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

It seems from the allegations that the quarrel took place when the complainant turn the CCTV in lane. The applicant blown a screw driver to the eyes of the injured. The injuries were simple. The material investigation has been completed. The weapon has been recovered from the applicant. Considering the nature of dispute and the cause for the quarrel, it would be inappropriate to keep the applicant behind bar. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant, Durgesh Ambalal Kuril, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount in the above crime, on the conditions that; (a) The applicant should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) The applicant should attend the police station as and when called on written notice by the investigation officer till filing the charge sheet.
