This application is filed under section 439 (2) of the Criminal Procedure Code, seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondent Nos. 2 to 9, by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dhule in Crime No. 335 of 2018 registered with Dhule City Police, Dhule for offence punishable under sections 395, 354-A, 452, 324, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned advocate for the applicant, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1 - State and

933-ACB-85-19 learned advocate for respondent Nos. 2 to 9 - accused. Perused the documents placed on record.

During the course of hearing of this application, it is revealed that charge sheet is filed in the year 2019 and the case is numbered as RCC No. 501 of 2019. The matter is kept for framing of charge.

In the light of these developments, I am not inclined to entertain the application on merits.

The application is, therefore, rejected.
