This Court vide order dated 19th October 2013 permitted the applicants to withdraw 50% amount on furnishing undertaking that they shall re-deposit the amount in case the appeal filed by acquiring body is allowed. The remaining 50% was allowed to be withdrawn on furnishing

( 3 ) bank guarantee. Now, the applicants have again filed this application seeking modification of condition of furnishing bank guarantee. 3.

Considering that in similar matters, this Court has passed an order directing the applicants to furnish solvent surety/security, following order:

ORDER

(I) The applicants are allowed to withdraw 25% of the amount along with accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial), of this Court. 4.

Remaining 25% of the amount alongwith accrued interest is allowed to be withdrawn on furnishing bank guarantee. 5.

With this, civil application Nos. 6515 of 2025, 6516 of 2025, 6517 of 2025 and 6519 of 2025 stand allowed and disposed off. CA/6520/2025 & 6518/2025 6.

Heard.

For the reasons stated in the applications, applications stand allowed. The applicants be shown as legal heirs of deceased/claimant. The amendment be carried out in cross objection as well as in first

( 4 ) appeals filed by the State.

Since the amount is deposited in this Court and since the orders are also passed allowing the respective claimants to withdraw the amount. Stay applications stand allowed and disposed off. 9.

Time to deposit the charges for preparation of paper book is extended by 12 weeks from today.
