Though the matter was adjourned from 5th August 2016 to 20th August 2016, after observing that there is prima facie no material to connect the applicant with the crime in question, today also, nothing tangible is pointed out to infer complicity of the applicant in the crime in question.

In that view of the matter, the Application is allowed. The order dated 5th August 2016 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions.
