After hearing the learned Advocates for the respective sides and the learned AGP on behalf of the Authorities, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this petition with a request that the hearing in the Change Report Inquiry No.3032/2017 and 7674/2017, which already have been expedited by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Latur vide order dated 19/12/2017, be decided in a particular time frame.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of, as withdrawn. The Assistant Charity Commissioner, dealing with Change Report Inquiry Nos.3032/2017 and 7674/2017 shall decide the said change reports expeditiously and in any case on or before 28/02/2019. khs/SEPT.2018/10012-d

The litigating sides shall refrain from seeking adjournments on unreasonable and trivial grounds and the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner would be at liberty to refuse such type of adjournments.
