The petitioners have put forth prayer clause "B" as under :- "B. By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or directions in the like nature, respondent No.3, Chief Executive Officer may kindly be directed to consider and decide claims / representations of the petitioners, annexed at Exh.C in the light of circular dated 28.06.2018 issued by respondent No.1, for changing the postings of the petitioners by opening the posts of compulsory vacancies." 2.

The learned Advocate representing respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits on instructions that the representation put forth by the petitioners dated 30.06.2022, 08.01.2020, 07.07.2022, 20.07.2022 and khs/August 2022/8229

- 2 - 14.06.2018 would be decided by the respondents within 4 weeks. 3.

In view of the above, the petitioners are satisfied. 4.

This petition is, therefore, disposed off.
