We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners. The basic prayer of the petitioners is seeking direction against respondent No.2 to decide their representation with regard to the grant of promotional pay scale. The learned Advocate for respondent No.2 submits that respondent No.2 would take decision upon the said representation on its own merits, within a period of four months. 2.

In view of the said statement, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
